The different coating chocolates.  Ingredients in variable proportion: Milk chocolate (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla). Dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, butter oil, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin). White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla). Extra bitter dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin).

Cocoa solids: 70 % minimum in extra bitter dark chocolate, 54% minimum in dark chocolate, 31,7 % minimum in milk chocolate. Milk solids: 21,5 % minimum in milk chocolate, 22,7 % minimum in white chocolate.

à˜  Le songe de Juliette : nougat drops 16% (sugar, glucose syrup, almonds, honey, egg white, cocoa butter, starch, natural vanilla), caramelized almond 14% (almond, sugar), anise seeds 1%

à˜  Juliette des bois : caramelized almond sticks 10% (sugar, almond sticks), dried raspberries 18%

à˜  Juliette et Jim : dried pitted whole cherry 23%, dried apricot cubes 18% (apricot cubes, rice flour, preservative : sulphuric acid (E220) < 2000 ppm)

à˜  Juliette in the city : caramelized almond 9% (almond, sugar), caramelized hazelnut 9% (hazelnut, sugar), raisins 20 % , sunflower oil (0.5%)

à˜  Sweet Juliette :  bits of caramel from Isigny 14% (sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk, fresh cream from Isigny P.D.O., salted butter from Isigny P.D.O., salt from Guérande, emulsifiers : rape seed lecithin, succrose esters of fatty acids), cranberries 16% (sunflower oil, citric acid, corn syrup, sugar).
