Cranberry crumble ice cream

Ingredients: water, fresh cream (MILK), sugar, reconstituted skimmed MILK, crumble 6,6% (WHEAT flour, butter(MILK), sugar, cocoa butter, salt), glucose syrup, cranberry puree 4,1% (cranberry, water), LACTOSE (MILK), MILK proteins, stabilizers: carob bean gum, guar flour, carrageenan, xanthan gum and pectin, emulsifier: mono & di glycerides of fatty acids, bulgarian yogurt powder (skimmed MILK powder, skimmed yoghurt powder (MILK), acidifier: citric acid, flavourings). May contain traces of soya, eggs, peanuts and other nuts, sulphites, celery, sesame, mustard and lupin.

An ice cream with fruity, tangy notes led by cranberry and a melting, almost addictive texture. A recipe that you can now take home with our click & collect service in 500ml “pints” or in our 2.3L “pro” dipping tubs.
