Kadaïf, like extra-fine crepe, adds an airy touch to this gourmet composition.
This recipe is enhanced by a coating of 60% cocoa dark chocolate from our plantation in Ecuador.

A combination of almonds, pistachios and kadaif, all coated in 35% cocoa milk chocolate.
Ingredients: milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass (cocoa beans from Ecuador), whole MILK powder, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA), natural vanilla flavouring), praline filling with almonds, pistachios and kadaif (almond praline 18% (ALMONDS, sugar, ALMOND oil, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA)), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: lecithins (SOYA), natural vanilla flavoring), PISTACHIO paste 5%, kadaif 5% (WHEAT flour, water, salt), concentrated butter (MILK), pumpkin seed puree, marzipan (sugar, ALMONDS, stabilizers: glycerin, sorbitol and invertase, glucose syrup and invert sugar, natural ALMOND flavoring) bitter), Guérande salt, natural PISTACHIO flavouring, colouring foods: spirulina (sunflower oil, trehalose, spirulina concentrate) and turmeric).
